He is absolutely correct here.

Religious rights only apply to an individual.  You cannot apply them to others because YOU INDIVIDUALLY believe them to be true.  People don’t get that.  I may not believe in your beliefs, but I will defend your right to believe them.  I will not defend your right to shove them in my face and make me believe the same thing.

One of the reasons I will be voting for this man again in the fall.
